Terms and Conditions
You are not required to attend a sales presentation, and no purchase or fee is necessary to enter.
The deadline to enter is March 21, 2017, at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will receive a three-night vacation at a participating ResorTime resort. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on or around March 31, 2017, and will be selected from all entries submitted prior to March 21, 2017, at 11:59 PM PST.
Winners will be notified via phone and/or email. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other products and cannot be increased or decreased based on winner’s location. Winners are responsible for taxes, if applicable. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Entrants must also be legal residents of the United Sates, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions. Void where prohibited. Employees of ResorTime and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
By submitting an entry, each Participant agrees, releases, authorizes and assigns to ResorTime and its affiliates the full and exclusive right to use of his or her original creative work whether written, verbal, audio, pictorial, in any media or mode now or hereafter known without compensation, and upon request will provide written consent to post, re-post, feature, duplicate, distribute, modify, alter, comment, or blog, upon all or any portion of the submission, both for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Every Participant must represent that s/he has obtained a Photo Release for any persons appearing in photos or videos. Written documentation may be required for any winning submission.
Every Participant must certify the authenticity for personally created work.
Submissions will be posted and featured for public viewing. ResorTime is not responsible for the capture and or re-distribution of the story, photos, videos, etc.
ResorTime is not responsible for the accuracy of the facts recited in any story submission.
By entering the contest you agree that all written submissions, images, videos and other media are subject for unlimited use in ResorTime’s marketing and promotional materials without any compensation. You also agree to the Contest Rules and are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Rules.
