2018 Annual Meetings - Hanalei Bay Resort

The Annual Owner Meetings, held April 30 through May 2, 2018, were a great success! An Owners' Celebration was held at the main pool and included a wonderful catered dinner, live Hawaiian music, hula dancing and drinks served from the Ukulele Bar.

Owners received legal updates on the Arbitration and renting of Lock Off units, along with a financial update and a presentation from the Association's auditor.

Management gave a presentation that included Departmental Updates, Service Scores, and an overview of recent resort improvements.

Election Results

• In the VOA, Deborah Fraga-Decker and Geoff King were reelected to the Board of Directors.
• In the AOAO, Henry “Marty” Mayfohrt and Chrislynn Freed were elected to the Board. One seat remains vacant and will be filled by a Special Election on July 6.
